Since there isn't going to be a meeting for the Summer Season I wanted to pose two questions.
#1 - It seemed that some of the games we played this season flew by. If the players on the message board agree, can we go back to (2) 20 min. halves with 3 timeouts and a minute warning in each half?
#2 - Russell, are you taking the t-shirt orders again?
How about the phantom eligibility rule. Will that be enforced over the summer and in the future.
Is it 3 games for the season your in or any 3 games ever in the history of the league to be eligible for the playoffs?
If its not going to be enforced then eliminate the rule so we wont have to get special exceptions. If you have to call the commish it is a special exception and it sucks for all those who abide by the rules.
And do not even whine about injuries or people who couldn't make it out anymore. You were in no danger of not fielding a team or only running with 7.

I would have to agree that the games flew by . would love to see it go back to the 20 min. halfs and 3 time outs. three time outs are the big reason and the clock stopping inside a minute both halfs
If everyone is in agreement then we can go back to the previous rules. The teams that are playing this Summer will have to vote for this. So let the voting begin!
Registration for Summer is due, I will begin taking it next week along with shirt orders. I will have a T-shirt order form on the site next week as well.
NOTE: Not sure if anyone is aware but Randy and I coach the girls flag football team at Plant City High School. We are 13-0 heading to Boca Raton for the state quarter finals. We lost last year in the finals but have everyone back this season and doing very well. I don't get to brag much but just thought I give you guys some news. Talk to everyone next week and hopefully win the big one this Saturday.
What the commish really meant to say is that it is the Immortals - Tourney team is 13-0 - when they want to they can show up - Hahahaha -
Yeah that was cheap Immortals - next time - we will bring the Hitmen Tourney team out and play... Yes Glenn - you can play and Donald and T can run with the Immortals - just check the point shaving...
Here's what I want to know....since all these teams are so good, where are they when Larry puts a tourney on? Bring out all the tourney teams you want.....everyone. I mean really.....everyone always talks and then when it comes time to play in the tourneys they are all hiding under the rocks. There are enough people who play in the Skyway league, the Oliver league and the TBFFA to field a good team. I dont want to hear that you people dont know anyone.
The tourney reference is directly related to our most recent PLAYOFFS that turned out to be a tournament, but only one team got the flier that it was a tournament and not playoffs directly related to the preceding regular season that we had all just played.
I already said I was down in putting the Hitmen Tourney team in for the Cinco Tourney - we could be playing ourselves from the looks of things... Glenn - I thought you were down?
I was referencing the cheapie that the Immortals went and got two non-roster invitees - to run when they played Secret Service and Beef's on Championship Sunday...

I originally planned to play. It seems like every time something is posted about teams only three or four say they're going to play. There are still no answers on whether it's a money tourney or not. I mean it's 4 days from it and these items are not nailed down. It just seems no one is serious about playing.
