I want to thank everyone for a great 1st week. Great games and upsets!
Not sure if anyone is aware but Denzel Drone, the young (Big) referee graduated from Plant City this year (09) and has accepted a full ride to play football at Michigan State University. The kid has done an outstandig job for the TBFFA and is going to one of the top Universities in the country.
I would like to send him to school and help him with other needs that a full ride won't provide. If you would like to donate to Denzel I'm sure it would be used well and wise. I am doing a send off party for him at the fields on June 28th. I challenge each player of the TBFFA to make a donation of $5 (or more).
This is done without his asking and I would hope each one of you rather making a dontion or not to please keep this quiet till the 28th. Please no checks and give to Heath in a sealed envelope addressed Denzel Drone.
